No credit cards or insurance is accepted.

Appointments must be cancelled at least 4 hours prior to appointment start time. You may call, text, email or go online to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We believe our policy is very accommodating to last minute conflicts or illness, allowing a cancellation up to 4 hours prior to start time. 

In addition to the cancellation policy, our automated service will send out a 24-hour reminder of your scheduled appointment.

We make every effort to make your scheduling process go smoothly here at The Myers Center.

Therefore, any scheduled appointments that are not cancelled within the allotted time frame, forgotten or " no showed " will be charged the full amount of missed appointment.

Payment is due in full within 7 days of the missed appointment. If payment is not received for missed appointment, clients will be blocked for any future appointments

If you are experiencing signs of illness, please reschedule your appointment. If you have a medical concern that may interfere with your appointment, please contact us to discuss prior to coming into the office.

Your scheduled appointment time is reserved for you and our therapist will be ready to begin your session right on time. Please arrive no more than 10 min early to your appointment.

Your therapist will wait only 10 min past your scheduled appointment time and that time will not be added to your session.

If you arrive past 10 min of your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a " no show", appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged for the appointment.

This policy is enforced to respect the time of other clients and your therapist. It ensures appointments start and end on time.
